Oral presentation

• The final presentation schedule is now available on our Programme page.
• Each talk will follow a 12+3 format: 12 minutes for your presentation followed by 3 minutes for questions and discussion.
• Please upload your presentation slides here on or before 4th December 2025.
• You may include the iNaCoMM 2025 logo in your slides, available here.

Poster presentation

• Poster submissions are now closed
• The poster must be prepared in A0 size (portrait orientation) using the official iNaCoMM 2025 poster template.
• The figures and images should be of high quality (preferably vector images) with a resolution of at least 300dpi.
• It is recommended that the poster be divided into following sections:
  • Abstract
  • Introduction (motivation and problem statement)
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusions/Summary
  • References.
• Submit the camera-ready poster by 7 November 2025 via email to inacomm2025@mae.iith.ac.in, using the subject “Camera-Ready Poster – [Paper ID]” and attaching your A0-portrait PDF/PPTX (filename: Poster_[PaperID]_[Presenter]).
• Posters will be displayed throughout the conference, encouraging interaction with researchers and participants during coffee and networking sessions.
