Poster preparation and submission:

Poster submissions are now closed

1. The poster must be prepared in A0 size (portrait orientation) using the official iNaCoMM 2025 poster template.
2. The figures and images should be of high quality (preferably vector images) with a resolution of at least 300dpi.
3. It is recommended that the poster be divided into following sections:
   • Abstract
   • Introduction (motivation and problem statement)
   • Results and Discussion
   • Conclusions/Summary
   • References.
4. Submit the camera-ready poster by 7 November 2025 via email to inacomm2025@mae.iith.ac.in, using the subject “Camera-Ready Poster – [Paper ID]” and attaching your A0-portrait PDF/PPTX (filename: Poster_[PaperID]_[Presenter]).
5. Posters will be displayed throughout the conference, encouraging interaction with researchers and participants during coffee and networking sessions.
